         한국에만 3,000개가 넘는 바틀숍이 있다고 합니다. 그 바틀숍이 다루는 와인의 숫자는 AI에게 물어도 모를 정도로 많습니다. 그래서 우리는 너무 많은 새로운 와인을 시도하다가 실패하거나 반대로 알고 있는 몇 개의 와인에서 벗어나지 못하거나 둘 중 하나의 실패를 합니다. 다행히 저는 와인을 정말 잘 아는 와인사업가 K형을 알고 있어서 TPO에 맞는 와인들을 남보다 유리한 가격으로 몇 십 년째 실패 없이 즐겨왔습니다. K 덕에 와인을 구입하는 단계에서는 공부할 필요가 없고 마시는 단계에서만 개인적으로 그 와인을 평가해 좋으면 더 많이 사놓고 그렇지 않으면 그 와인과는 이별하고. 아무튼 수천 종의 처음 보는 와인의 숲에서 길을 잃을 일은 없는 슬기로운 와인 생활을 해왔습니다. 프레인빌라 보틀숍을 어떤 이들에게 그 K가 되어주기 위해 만들었습니다. K가 저에게 장사하지 않았듯 프레인빌라도 그렇게 하려고 합니다.
